THEATRE LOVETT WIN DAVID MANLEY AWARD

Congratulations to Theatre Lovett, the overall winners of the David Manley Emerging Entrepreneur Awards 2012. Theatre Lovett are currently in their second year as participants in ITI’s Six in the Attic, a theatre resource sharing initiative funded by the Arts Council. As the winners of the David Manley Award they will receive €10,000 in cash and €100,000 worth of mentoring and consultancy services. Theatre Lovett enjoyed great success with their show The Girl Who Forgot to Sing Badly, which was co-produced with The Ark and toured extensively throughout Ireland last year.

Theatre Lovett are the ninth winner of the David Manley Emerging Entrepreneur Awards scheme which was established in 2003 in memory of David Manley, a former president of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce. Further details about the scheme can be found here www.davidmanleyawards.ie.
