NETWORKING AND SHOWCASING IN IRELAND
ITI engages in ‘inward’ and ‘outward’ networking and promotion through our own annual networking and showcasing events hosted in Dublin and attendance at international arts markets and showcases worldwide.
ITI’s key annual networking events Information Toolbox and International Theatre Exchange increase international networking frameworks and broker touring opportunities abroad. These events enable artists/companies and their producers to engage with venue and programme managers around festival shows ready to tour nationally and internationally. ITI encourages invited international delegates with a known interest in and an ability to programme Irish work to engage in this work in a festival context.

INTERNATIONAL MEMBERSHIPS, PARTNERSHIPS, MARKETS AND NETWORKING
ITI is committed to creating opportunities for Irish theatre makers and companies abroad through developing touring networks, potential collaborations and exchanges, and engaging in markets and events abroad.
Through our involvement in international events and markets we act as an advocate for and enhance the reputation of Irish theatre abroad. Through this activity we aim to build the creativity and production capacity of the Irish theatre sector through mature European and international collaborative partnerships.
Attendance at these markets is supported by Culture Ireland and the Arts Council.
ITI is a member of ENICPA, the European Network of Information Centres for the Performing Arts, IETM the International Network for Contemporary Performing Arts and and SIBMAS (International Directory of Performing Arts Collections).
