STEWART PARKER TRUST AWARDS

The 2011 Stewart Parker Trust awards were announced at the Lyric Theatre Belfast yesterday. Nancy Harris won the main bursary and Stacey Gregg won the BBC Radio Drama award. The BBC Irish Language award was won by Paul Mercier for his play Sétanta which was produced by Fíbín.

The Stewart Parker Trust Shortlist for 2011 was:

Stacey Gregg for Perve (The Peacock)

Nancy Harris for No Romance (The Peacock)

Paul Kennedy for Guidelines for a Long and Happy Life (Tinderbox)

Jody O’Neill for Celebrity (Peer to Peer)
