SHOW IN A BAG 2012

Applications are now open for Show in a Bag 2012. Show in a Bag is an artist development initiative of Dublin Fringe Festival, Fishamble: The New Play Company and Irish Theatre Institute to resource theatre makers and actors. The initiative was established in 2010 to facilitate the creation new small scale, tourable shows which would highlight the talents and skills of performers making work for the Dublin Fringe Festival. Further details about previous Show in a Bag artists and productions can be found here.

Show in a Bag 2012 will be the third iteration of this project and ITI is delighted to once again partner with the Fringe and Fishamble. Full application details can be found on the Fringe website and an Information Session will be held on Wednesday 15 February 2012 from 7:30pm – 8:30pm in the Fringe office on Sackville Place, Dublin 1. If you wish to attend, please RSVP with your name & phone number to programming@fringefest.com.

Please note the deadline for applications is 6pm on Wednesday 7 March 2012 and you must be based in Ireland to participate in this project.
