ITI’S CLAIRE O’NEILL APPOINTED AS NEW VENUE & OPERATIONS MANAGER, PROJECT ARTS CENTRE

The Board and Executive of Irish Theatre Institute want to take the opportunity to congratulate Claire O’Neill on her appointment as Project Arts Centre’s Venue & Operations Manager which she will take up in 2014. 

Speaking about Claire’s work with ITI, Siobhan Bourke & Jane Daly, Co-Directors of Irish Theatre Institute, said:
Claire O’Neill has been a hugely important part of the Irish Theatre Institute team since she joined as our first General Manager in 2009. Her contribution and commitment to what we do and how we do it has informed our service provision and strategy and she will be greatly missed. However, we are delighted she will be working with one of our key partners, Project Arts Centre, where we know she will bring great enthusiasm and professionalism. We look forward to continuing to work with Claire in future and thank her for five great years at ITI’.

Claire O’Neill said ‘I want to thank my friends, colleagues and artists at ITI who I’ve had the pleasure of working with over the past five years. I’ve really enjoyed my time at this great resource organisation and look forward to working with the ITI team in the future in my new capacity at Project’.


Cian O’Brien, Artistic Director of Project Arts Centre said he is‘absolutely thrilled with Claire’s appointment – her dedication and energy will help us to maintain Project Arts Centre’s role at the heart of the Irish Arts sector and internationally, leading us towards our 50th anniversary in 2016’.

ITI will recruit for a new General Manager in Spring 2014.
